"Room was very spacious. 2 bedrooms bed and pillows comfortable. Staff was nice for check in. Breakfast was adequate. As mentioned before hot plate was cold but there is a microwave to heat up your food. Place was clean. Walking distance to restaurants "

"It's a beautiful house with incredible views of the lake. The fireplace is wonderful. We had a stange start to our visit which was resolved with the help of several people and the owner made up for the early challenges in spades. Life happens and we work to reframe challenges as adventures. The owner said we could walk the beach for miles and that's no joke. We were able to bring our dogs on this trip. It was their first trip and they did great. They were even interested in the strange water stuff that kept waving into shore. The only downside was that the incredible windows and views meant that the house was quite chilly even with a fire going. We had such a warm fall and the weather shifted right before Thanksgiving. I beleive they are closing the place up for the winter. Bring extra clothing layers in the spring and fall for a cooler house (there were plenty of blankes on the bed) and those chilly lake breezes. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Town Place Suites in Grafton. We were in the area to visit Cedarburg and this was a much more reasonable option and Uber was available. Clean, friendly staff. I think the front desk agent may have been training or he just had a brain freeze. When checking in, I presented my ID. However, I never signed a registration card or gave any vehicle info or was confirmed my room type and # of nights I was staying. The next day, I asked for a second key and simply provided my room #. No confirmation of my name or anything. This definitely wouldn't stop us from returning, like I said the agent may have been training or having an off day. 5 star stay all the way. Thank you."
