"The house itself was absolutely beautiful, and we really loved the property! However, there are definitely a few things that could use some better upkeep and attention.One of the biggest disappointments was that the outdoor shower and bathtub were not working during our stay. These are definitely selling points of the property, so it was disappointing not to be able to enjoy them.Another issue was that all of the water coolers were empty when we arrived, and we didn’t receive water until around 5 PM on our second day.The bugs were also a HUGE issue. I completely understand that we were on an island and bugs are to be expected, so I don’t necessarily fault the owner for that. However, I do think investing in some additional pest control would make a big difference, especially in the back bedroom closest to the water. The bugs were so bad that we were constantly being woken up throughout the night and eventually chose to sleep elsewhere.Overall, the home really is beautiful and has so much potential! With a little more attention to maintenance, pest control, and making sure advertised amenities are functioning properly, it could be an amazing place to stay."

"My husband and I reserved this cottage Sept 23rd to 27th. We asked if we could check in early, but the door was locked, so they moved us to the pink house that was closer to the beach. The house was beautiful and had snorkeling equipment, beach towels and beach chairs, which was nice. We forgot to log out of Prime, and I contacted Juliana to see if the housekeepers would log it out when they come to clean, and she said that was no problem. The communication was excellent and I would stay here again."
