"The attention from the staff begins the moment you pull up to this wonderful, hidden gem in the Dartmoor countryside. We had our two

with us and they were treated like royalty during our long weekend break in March. The rain didn’t put us off long walks in the gardens, over to the local pub and also we found time for a spot of archery in the grounds. The food is absolutely brilliant (and the

The breakfast was nice but the actual pub is tiny. Hardly anywhere to sit, more like the size of a living room. The restaurant is much bigger. The people were very friendly though.

The hotel is in a great location, being right on the seafront, and our room on the 2nd floor had nice views out towards the harbour. The room was a good size and was clean.
