"The floor we were on smelled terribly like weed…all night. Made the room stink. The elevator didn’t work, there was no drinking water anywhere."

"Ran in to a small hiccup when we arrived late night for check-in , Brittany literally got in her car and drove to location to help us at 11 pm and served with a smile . We unfortunately had to move rooms next morning due to an appliance situation ( no one's fault ) again here comes Brittany serving with a smile . We get settled they checked on us to make sure everything was ok and it was . We stayed for 8 nights and every single worker we encountered from the front desk to back of the house greeted us with a smile and a “ Good morning/ afternoon etc… we celebrated Easter during our stay it was so nice to be able to still cook my usual feast on their full sz appliances ( literally everything I make at home ) and invite our local family members to come celebrate with us . You can’t get any of this at a regular hotel . It literally was like a home away from home . We were 7 mins from shopping / restaurants and 15 mins from Concord mall ( ( huge mall/outlet stores we were their for hours and still didn’t see entire mall )) Any future trips we plan to visit our daughter and other family WILL be staying at the Charlotte North location . Check it out it’s worth your dollar . Not to mention our whole entire week costed the same amount we would have been charged for a 3 or 4 nights had we chose to stay at a regular hotel . That full kitchen saved a bundle on food . Def worth it . Just ask for Brittany tell her that her new travel friend from New York sent you !!!!! Enjoy :)"

"The hotel is generally fine.clean, nice bar_restaurant. But disappointed no complimentary breakfast. Beds were a bit hard and had issues falling asleep."

"The beds were really comfortable felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. We came late and the staff was very understandable and helped us. Breakfast was amazing!"

"The room had not been cleaned. There was a large pile of hair clippings under the sink and hair on the toilet. It was the grossest hotel room I have ever stayed at. Do not stay here. Completely unhygienic. "

"Call to see if they are still renovating!!!!!! We were there for 9 days !! We moved from the 8th floor because renovation was supposed to have started. We were moved to the fifth floor only to find out that they were not doing renovation on the eighth floor. We had no ice machine working on the fifth floor or the fourth floor so we had to go to the sixth floor. We tried to do laundry only to find out that the laundry room was on the second floor and the entire second floor was under renovation so we ended up having to find a local laundromat. After a few days. The hotel was down to only two elevators working. Mind you there was some type of gymnastics convention going on and there was a long wait for the elevator.. we had a problem with the hot water on the eighth floor and then after two days on the fifth floor the water seem to be not as hot . We thought it was maybe from the hotel being overly crowded from the gymnastic competition, but they left, and the water issue was still the same lukewarm water."
