"Spacious room, clean. No overpowering scent, which is usually a sign a place isn’t very clean, as a coverup. Bed very comfortable. Hotel not noisy. Good free breakfast buffet. From our room, a nice view of the fedex facility, can watch trucks come and go."

"Good: the staff was friendly and professional, the wi-fi was fast enough to stream, and the room cost is low Bad: - the room floor was some kind of vinyl planking, and it was all loose...the ends of the planks were raised and you could catch your shoe on them if you weren't careful. - the room was generally clean, but when I moved the comfy chair closer to the TV, it was obvious that the chair wasn't moved when vacuuming. - the rooms are very noisy, from the guy in the room next to me coughing to the lady above me on her phone...you could nearly make out her end of the conversation. The second night, they had rented the conference room for some kind of party...my room was 2 doors down from it, and there was noise well into the night. - the 'breakfast' they claim is included consists of toast and cold cereal...that's all. - I have no idea whose idea it was to put the coffee maker in the bathroom, but...ewww."

"The room was clean, which I appreciated. However, there was no mug available to heat water in the microwave, and the coffee station did not provide proper half-and-half for coffee. These may seem like small details, but they make a big difference in overall comfort. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not recommend this place."
