"The bed was horrible, broken! Appeared to be homeless persons on property charging their devices! Breakfast was questionable and not much available! Awful experience!"

"I will never forget my experience at this hotel. It was hot in the lobby the when getting to the room i automatically seen how dirty the floors were with hair and other dirt. I had a toddler with me and would not let him play in the floor. Then when going to take a bath I seen the bathtub was stained and the mat on the bottom had a yellow ring. The next morning I got milk for my son from the breakfast area, again super hot in the lobby, and the fridge smelled sour. 2/10"

"The worst hotel in the world. It is dirty, no personnel on the front desk, in an unsafe area. Homeless people using and living in the guest rooms. What a disgrace of place. I do not understand why Expedia includes this hotel on his website. Very dissapointed. I reserved 7 nights but stayed only 1 night. Asked to cancel and get a refund but neither Expedia nor the hotel responded. I had to pay the 7 nights. Terrible experience. "

"The check-in process was very smooth and efficient. The staff were very inviting, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room was very clean and appeared as presented in photos. The location was extremely convenient in getting to the airport."
