"On arrival check in was extremely slow , room was smelling like mold contacted the staff and response to addressing the issue took hours all they did was spray air freshener whilst the room Still had a mold smell. Not impressed"

"we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as ..."
