"Very good property for a stay. The view of the lake was excellent, especially for about an hour before sundown. I liked the grill, the sit on top kayak, the super comfortable beds, fans, and the very nice kitchen. The washer and dryer were also top quality There's not a lot going on in Swanton, just know you're going to a really small but nice town. We had some trouble figuring out the mini split but chat GPT got us straightened out."

"This place was fantastic. It has everything you need. The parking is great if you have a boat. There is an outside receptacle for plugging your boat batteries in to charge. The host answers all your questions and replies quickly to your messages. It is located off the main road in a very nice area so you don’t have to worry about anything when you go out. I highly recommend staying here."

"The property was excellent for the 6 people we had! Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds!The yard was what we needed to park 3 Bassboats and trucks! The property is centrally located to many launches. Living room, kitchen and eating area was more than adequate for our group! All the kitchen amenities to cook and serve a meal was there for our use!The only drawback we found was all the bedrooms had stairs to navigate, and it was an issue for a few guys with bad knees!Overall I’d recommend this place for a comfortable vacation!The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any question we had!Thanks again!PS she couldn’t get the fish or the weather to cooperate!Overall great time!"
