Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Horrible experience. After paying in full for our ski vacation, we received absolutely no communication from the host—no check-in instructions, no entry code, and no response to repeated messages and calls.We arrived at the property and were unable to access the home. Vrbo also attempted to contact the host multiple times with no response. As a result, our family was forced to find a last-minute hotel approximately 40 minutes away late at night in winter conditions.After more than 5½ hours on the phone with Vrbo, the reservation was ultimately cancelled due to the host’s failure to provide services, and we were refunded. This was by far the worst experience we have had while traveling. I would not recommend this host.
