"This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue is that the hotel is extremely difficult to find. It’s located inside a casino with a hidden entrance, and there is little to no clear signage to guide you. After walking around for quite a while, it still wasn’t obvious where to go. What made things worse is that the staff did not provide clear or helpful directions when asked. For a place that’s this hard to locate, you would expect employees to give precise instructions—but that wasn’t the case. On top of that, security requires you to show your ID every single time you return to the hotel area, which quickly becomes inconvenient and repetitive, especially during a short stay. Overall, the lack of clear access, poor guidance from staff, and constant security checks made the experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are improved."
