"Room was decent however the shower handle was broken, we had to hold the shower head by hand every time we showered. I notified staff and they said they were going to repair while they cleaned our room. The ice maker didn’t work, I notified staff, they said they would repair but it was broken all weekend. The tile on the floor was damaged. I was shocked when all of the had happened, it is the Hyatt I’m talking about suppose to be top tier.
