The bathroom door in room 114 needs be fixed. Was temporarily locked in the bathroom because of the latch. The handle is screwed up. Otherwise is was a good stay. Serving breakfast longer would be nice.

Roomnos spacious and well appointed. Staff are helpful and breakfast is great as well. Joe is very helpful.

Charming 3-bedroom house in Rochester/UofR & RIT
Very musty causing all of our belongings to smell. Furniture uncomfortable. Good location to visit colleges.
