"When I wasn’t able to sleep at 2:00am I went outside to smoke a cigarette and when re entering I had to be “buzzed”in by the front desk and I told the attendant I appreciated the security that they had in place, I was shocked that her reply was”maybe you should just go back to the party you came from” . I had not been partying or even drinking I simply couldn’t sleep, so to say the least I don’t reply to her and went back up to my room.. VERY RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR.. Not Professional at al"

"Parking area was safe and well lit in the evening. Overall appearance was very clean and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and workout room were clean and sanitary.Front desk person Victor went above and beyond! All hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I will book here again if I come for another event in the area."
