This was very frustrating as we couldn’t switch it on easily which meant we sweltered until it was fixed. "

Despite the fact that this was beyond our control, the Cordis Hotel refused our request for a refund for the remaining days, meaning we were out $1200. My poor mum was so upset. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again in future. I prefer properties where they care more about the well-being of guests versus money."
