"Property in pictures was not property rented. No dock for fishing, bathrrom was completelydifferent. Windows inside and out were disgusting. Stains on curtains and stench throughout. Called owner several times with no response. Dimitry stated, before booking in email that we could drop bags off on way to golf course, then changed. Horrible experience; . We did not stay. I requested a refund at 1030am, September 16. "

"In my opinion the advertisement for this property was misleading for example: no TV remote could not operate TV, dishwasher did not work, kitchen blinds broken, dirty toaster, upstairs bedroom carpets severely stained, living room wall severely stained, some beds had movable slats that failed to stay in position leading to a poor sleep, broken chair in the eating area, no cleaning supplies, no bath mat in the main bathroom. "It’s not the fanciest place ,but it was perfectly fine. Could use some updating. It was a place to sleep, while out exploring and visiting family. I would recommend it and I would go back myself next time I am in Bancroft."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Inn. I was there over a weekend for two days of work. The building was quiet and my room was comfortable. Some of the decor is a bit older, but it had charm, and was clean. I stayed in the main building. The restaurant staff were friendly and the food was good. The Wifi in the Inn was not the best, but only an issue because I was working on something. I would stay and the Inn again."

"I have no issue with hotel rooms with run down, tacky furniture - especially when the price is right - but there is no excuse for the room being dirty. Although the hosts were friendly, they need to change how they clean. And if they can’t get the gross dirt off the cabinets and furniture - replace it! If we weren’t just using the room to sleep, I would have left and found a way to seek my money back from Expedia. At least sheets were fresh and soft. I just didn’t enjoy the feeling that I needed to keep my shoes on when walking around the room. And I definitely did not use any of the drawers and cupboards to unpack my belongings."

"The room was clean The staff helpful Amenities were great Outside chairs not cleaned or usable Breakfast was OK but not enough quantity offered By 9 a.m. items were already gone when opening at 8 Dinner was better Not enough choices in menu No gluten free offered No healthy choices except salad Rooms are not sound proof Woken up in Room#2 by the owner talking given its close proximity to the desk and coffee/tea station Bed was very uncomfortable Very old, hard and squeaky"
