Property is clean which is why I provided 3 stars overall. Mattress/bed was well past its lifespan. Property in general needs some maintenance to fix little things here and there. Staff were polite but not overly friendly by any stretch. Would stay here again if they replaced the mattresses. Instant coffee only, this nearly pushed me to 2 star review… iced lemon water in the lobby redeemed them.

Good value hotel. Nothing fancy at all. It was clean, had a great hot breakfast and comfortable beds. Service was good. There is not hot tub. It does allow animals as well. For the price, it was perfect for a place to crash for a football weekend.
