"The room was as advertised. Clean, spacious, with a kitchen. The problem is the security guards (very unprofessional, and rude). Upon arrival we approached the security desk to inquire about the check in procedures. We were rudely demanded to present our booking. Unfortunately my phone was not working due to no internet, so I politely informed the security that I could provide my passport or identification card. He then proceeded to tell me unless I show him booking then I would not be receiving a room. I asked him to please call someone or use my name to verify the reservation, but he refused and then walked away and refused to help us. Another staff member witnessed this and politely came over and simply checked the computer and verified our name, and then proceeded to contact someone who then brought the keys for our room. I don’t know if this gentleman was just having a difficult day, because his behavior was definitely not warranted. I appreciated the other staff member who intervened, because the situation was just about to escalate. I had no other issues with this property and/or other staff members, but I’ll definitely not be returning to this location. I hope whomever is reading this will understand that professionalism and good customer service is still appreciated, and when it does fall short customers will be more than happy to go elsewhere in order to find good service.
