"Great location near Southbank parks and restaurants. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We did have to wait 20 minutes for the caretaker when we were 5 minutes late for check in. He was fantastic and very helpful when he arrived. Maybe there could be a key box for late arrivals? "
