"I would recommend this island to everyone. Child friendly and amazing staff everywhere. Was easy to get around by walking or by buggy- which was always available. "Our room was 20 steps to the finest sand and aqua water. We snorkelled daily to see over a hundred coral fish. Also took a 45 min boat trip to snorkel w nurse sharks. "We absolutely loved every minute of our stay. There really wasnt anything that let this island down. The food was incredible, the service on point and there wasnt a chance to get bored with all the activities and facilities available. The dive centre is the best ive ever been to. All the staff there were super helpful. The dive guides extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to dive with. Our guide Kartik was brilliant. He took us to some mind blowing dive spots all only a short distance from the island. We also did a night dive on the house reff which is just beautiful. "

"Varu was exactly in its name, an Atmosphere experience! From the drum ceremony arrival to the birthday dinner on the dock gazebo to the food and the service. Impeccable! I celebrated my birthday at Varu and absolutely loved the experience. Abby, Zune and the entire crew were phenomenal. I made new friendships here. My only suggestions are more entertainment during the evenings. It's a little bit dead after 9pm during the weekdays. But we would absolutely recommend. Charcoal is worth every moment! Food might be the best we've ever had. Try the lamb skewers, Wagyu and Pork Belly. Phenomenal! My water villa was what dreams are made of! Will definitely be back. "
