This majestic, upscale, 2200 sq ft, three bedroom villa is located in the exquisite Edgewater community within Barefoot Resort. This impressive gated community is gracefully situated along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the Greg Norman Golf Course on the other. For the most discerning of travelers, who insist upon total comfort and luxury, you will be overjoyed with this beautiful home. Guests will enjoy an enclosed private parking garage and secured keypad entry into the chic Mediterranean designed building. You will be greeted by an impressive lobby with marble floors and the convenience of elevators.

This outstanding second floor villa is wonderfully decorated with only the best of everything, including posh bedding, fine furnishings and elaborate appointments throughout. Custom high-end furniture, upscale appliances, fine cabinetry and an array of superb housewares add to the pleasure from the moment you open the front door.

This outstanding property features two unique master suites on opposite ends of the expansive villa, one king size bed and another two queens, both have ceiling fans, TV’s, walk in closets and an astonishing private bath suite with deep Jacuzzi’s, walk in showers and his and her vanities. The third bedroom is beautifully done with XL twin size beds, plenty of clothing storage and a third full bath just across the hall. It does not get better than this! Edgewater condo

The condo was ample space for our party of 4 adults and 2 small children. We had need of some repairs which were addressed promptly by the management company. On arrival we were surprised to see all the stains on the carpets throughout and would suggest to the owners to replace with new carpet or wooden flooring. Also would suggest maintenance of the outside porch area, especially the area where the patio door opens. More hangers would be useful and to fix the noisy ceiling fan in the bedroom with 2queen beds. Also, this bedroom doesn’t get the a/c circulating properly, so that needs some attention too. We lived on this complex 5 years ago and were saddened as to how the complex has deteriorated in that time........ nevertheless everything was convenient, especially the pool and hot tub, shops and restaurants and we saw 2 shows. A good time was had by all.

Fun week

We stayed for a week recently. Our experience overall was pretty good. Great location and really nice neighbors. Only downfall was that we were 30 mins till we arrived and I still did not receive anything for check in, the door code or anything like that. I did called the rental office and the lady swore up and down that I got an email a few days ago before our arrival and I did check my spam, inbox and deleted folder and nothing. She did resend it, but she made it seem like it was a hassle for her to do it. We would stay again though.

Myrtle beach luxury home

Awesome vacation home and lovely sounding grounds and pool area. Came with family , everyone enjoyed the beautiful and hide Edgewater area and golf course . We had 4 adults and 1 child. Fern minor household issues but beautiful home.😍🌺💐🌹🌷

A family Thanksgiving vacation to remember.

We was not inform that we would be staying in villa 4.We only had the apartment number The villa and neighborhood was lovely.The shades in the kitchen had a few stains on them.The top outlet on the right in the master suite need to be checked.The people in the rental over us was loud at times. We still had a good time and love io go back.

Overall review of property

The staff were very nice. The property is a nice unit, but needs some updating and carpet cleaning or a carpet replacement throughout the unit. The bedding needs to be updated. There were stains on the bedding (comforter, mattress pad, mattress, and pillow cases). We had to go out and purchase bedding. We let Management know of this and the Manager called me immediately and refunded us the cleaning fee and asked for any suggestions. As a traveling client, we always check the bedding and would have appreciated clean bedding and clean carpet throughout the unit. Would we stay here again... Probably not, but if the unit is updated and carpet is clean we would definitely stay there again. Property is central located which is nice.

The unit was large and well furnished and in a great location. The only down side was the Many stains on the carpets throughout the unit. The carpets should have been professionally cleaned.

Mopars at the Beach

We were three couples here for the Mopars at the Beach car show. We each had our own bedroom and bath. The common area was spacious and comfortable. Carpet showed some wear, but overall the unit was well kept. We had an issue with the curtain rod, but contacted the office and it was taken care of that day. I would definitely recommend this condo.
