**There are some visible stains on the carpet on the 3rd floor , the carpet is cleaned regularly by a professional company however some stains are permanent and cannot be removed**

Golf Trip

There were 12 of us total with all plenty of room to lounge and relax at this property. The private pool after an early tee time was awesome. Short walk to the beach, and very nice and spacious house. The property manager is very responsive and is even working with me on shipping a poster of the golf courses played (that everyone signs) that I forgot at the house. Could not recommend this house enough for any and all folks.

Roomy

The house had room for everyone. I am a positive person but this house needs much attention. Light bulbs out, washer didn’t spin water out, one of the bathroom toilets wouldn’t shut off, trash and glass in the landscaping around the pool. Our family vacations in this area yearly and it was so disappointing. There were many reminders from host to expect normal wear. I expected all amenities to work.

Huge property - just 5 minutes to the beach

This property easily housed our group! The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and plates. The linens were fresh and clean. The pool area was much larger than expected and accommodated our large group gatherings.

Wonderful house

The house is amazing - we really loved the arrangement of the bedrooms on the 3 levels. The patio and deck are so fun to hang out on and the pool was very clean. Be sure to bring blankets and extra bedding for the pullout couch beds

Spring break family vacation

We really enjoyed the house we stayed in and would recommend it for various reasons. The host was great to work with, house was very close to the beach, 3 story house that was great for a family. Also the pool was a big hit especially with the kids. We would definitely rent this house again.

Prefect getaway

Hi. We booked this property to celebrate my sons graduation. The place was big enough for our stay with 15 people. Even though it rained we still had fun at the pool. Morning coffee in the deck was amazing. My family thank me for finding this gem. Will definitely book again. Thanks for helping us make some amazing memories. Carla M.

Amazing Golf Trip House!

It was a great location for our golf trip. Walking distance to the beach and a few locations like bars, restaurants, and a gas station. Prime location and great house layout with plenty of privacy. 10/10 stay.

Beautiful Home

This was exactly what it showed, the house was very clean, pool is amazing!! Host was great and easy to contact, supply’s to cook were great Just bring extra paper towels,toilet paper, cleaning supplies for like mopping and wiping table and counters. Top floor was alittle warm but we made it work ! I loved the location VERY easy to the beach very close ! Parking was perfect! Would definitely go back !!

Dirty - linens, bathrooms, cabinets, kitchen

In short, the house has a distinct smell. The house was generally not clean, specifically, the kitchen area, all drawers, pots/pats etc. Worst of all, there was some sort of rat/animal droppings under the couches and it looks like the couches and cushions have never been clean. All of the carpet in the upstairs rooms smells like a frat house and has large clear visible stains. The furniture represented in the pictures is not what is actually there. all of the furniture in this house in uncomfortable and terrible to sit in. While this house may say it sleeps 16, we stay with 8 people and everyone complained of a "smell" and the lack of detail as it pertains to cleanliness. The linens and towels are terrible
