motel-type HVAC units -- 1 in living room & 1 in master bedroom. Through the

wall fan connects 2nd bedroom with cooled or heated air. The complex has an

outdoor pool with grilling area & views of ocean & marsh. Located a approx. 7

blocks from Cherry Grove Pier and Driftwood Restuarant, approx. 19 blocks from

downtown Cherry Gove & Boulineau's Super Store, & approx.15 blocks from

Heritage Shores Nature Preserve with its 7 acres of walking paths on island in

Cherry Grove Marsh accessible via series of elevated board walks & observation

decks. Park amenities include 40 station interpretive trail with native soil

primitive walk path, picnic/shade shelters, & stationary boat dock which

provides access from creek.
