This luxury Villa is located across the street in the lovely Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. The accommodations include 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms consisting of 4 king beds and a daybed. All of the rooms have Smart TV's. The villa is a 2000 sq. ft. open floor plan and is on the third floor Unit 401. An oversized reclining sectional in the main den area transitions to a large dining table that seats 8. The dining area flows into a spacious kitchen with all the amenities and plenty of counter seating. We have newer stainless appliances. We kept the old refrigerator giving you extra food and drink storage. We also have a small chest freezer for extra bags of ice. Come sit and enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony.

We have a washer and dryer available for guests to use in our villa just bring your detergent and we have Wi-Fi connection through Spectrum.
There is a shared small outdoor pool and hot tub for the 12 units in the complex. The complex has 4 Weber Charcoal grills and a picnic table for guests to use. We have a large elevator to help guests get to their floor.

Extra cleaning and disinfecting is a priority to make the villa ready for our guest. We have contactless check-in. We give a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, small dish liquid, some dishwasher packs, and some trash bags to help start you off until you get your supplies.

We provide bed linens and bath towels.

The villa is on the second row with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. The beach is easily accessible with a beach access right across the street.

Our complex has exterior security cameras which are located on each floor, in the parking deck, and the pool area.

Ocean Boulevard Villas are located at Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. If you enjoy golf, shopping or just hanging out on the beach this location is perfect.

Small NON-SHEDDING dogs considered! (under 20 lbs.) Pet fee $250. One Small dog must be HOUSEBROKEN and CRATED when you are out of the home. Please keep your dog off the furniture and the beds.
Please do not move the furniture in the home and on the balcony.

NOTE: NO Motorcycles allowed per HOA. This is a NO SMOKING VILLA including the BALCONY. This includes no Cigars, no e-cigarettes, no vaping and no Marijuana.

Our Villa gets 3 parking passes. If you rent a golf cart this counts as one of your parks.
