When I booked this home, I was told there was no grill on the property. However, when we arrived, there WAS a grill. In addition, WE WERE NEVER GRANTED ACCESS TO USE THE GARAGE. We were locked out of the garage for our entire visit. It was code protected, and we were told SEVERAL TIMES that the "owner" must give out the code in order to access the code. The property management repeatedly told us that they do not have access to garage codes, and that the OWNER MUST GIVE YOU THE CODE TO USE THE GARAGE. However, the owner said that the property should grant us full access which WAS INCLUDED IN OUR CONTRACT. It was a complete disaster, and we were NEVER GIVEN A CODE TO ACCESS THE GARAGE for our entire stay!! Also, towels and bed linens were scarce (no Extra towels or linens were available anywhere), and there were no blankets in the entire house! The house provided MINIMAL staples - there were no beach chairs, no beach umbrellas, etc. and very little cookware. In addition, only 2 TINY kitchen trashcans were provided for a house that should accommodate trash for 12 people, and a trash service that left us upon our arrival with overflowing cans from the guests before! There were no trashcans to use in the backyard while grilling, and the kitchen sink disposal barely worked.And to sum it up, most rentals have a keyless entry system.This house uses a key for entry (only 2 keys), which is inconvienent when trying to accommodate for 12 guests.
