Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties and must stay the duration of the reservation. Family Beach Trip

Don’t be fooled because house was built in I think 1974…kitchen is fabulous…well stocked. The dining/family room has comfortable chairs. Beach is only two short blocks away. Family room well stocked with games, puzzles. We got hooked on a game called Sequence. Also, everyone found a book to read. House is on a canal and has a back porch and pier if you want to go crabbing. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms ( 1 has twin beds) and the same downstairs with a bathroom between. The linens were heavenly. If this were my house, I would soon add slats under the mattresses and install a safety rail in the tub. I would, also,put a towel rack under the window in the upstairs bathroom. Lovely home and look forward to possibly renting again.
