- Age Requirement: If renting to a group of individuals, all persons must be 25 years of age or older.

- Family-Friendly Rental: We prioritize family bookings and do not cater to student groups unless all guests are over 25.

- Only 2 parking spots available per booking. Please contact for more parking.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house, including three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
