This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 16 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 king & 1 therapeutic day bed in the 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in the 4th bedroom and 1 queen in the 5th bedroom. The house also has 1 queen air mattress and 1 twin air mattress.

The open floor plan showcases Brazilian hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a built-in fireplace and a roomy screened porch. The bright and airy, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, is a chef's dream and features a large work island, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, gas cooktop (new cooktop installed Feb. 2024!), granite countertops, SS ice maker, tons of cabinets & counter space, a wine cooler, spacious pantry and family sized breakfast bar. Enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the crows nest balcony.

The extensive master suite offers a sitting area, walk in closet and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. Each of the other 4 bedrooms also features a private bathroom. Other features include new HVAC system with digital thermostats and internet capabilities, two hot water heaters, an elevator and laundry room. With the double garage under the house, there is parking for 6-8 vehicles.

A beautiful house! The kitchen was the perfect size to make our Thanksgiving meal for 16 people. We liked the layout of the house (main living area is on the top floor) and we really appreciated the elevator. The beds were comfortable, too. North Beach Vacations was great to work with as well.

Well it started out good. Then on Sunday morning a repairman came on the property (w/out our knowledge) walked up the outside stairs and I was never alerted. I called the Property Management company and they said it had to come from the owner. I was upset that I wasn’t told and then told we couldn’t be up on the roof deck due to a dangerous fence issue! My grandkids and parents had gone up there two other evenings and mornings to watch sunsets and sunrises. Basically zero communication between owner and management company!

Spring Break Getaway

Great property! We loved it! Only small issue was the pool as it needed to be cleaned due to leaves. However, the host and property manager got it taken care of and our fun continued!

Great House and Location

House was great. Large enough for the whole extended family. Pool was just the right size for everyone to cool off and it is was just a short walk to the beach - less that a block. Porches were used daily for enjoying time with family. Elevator was a life saver for some of our older family members and the garage was spacious for multiple cars. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The beach was pretty much right out the back gate and even in January, we spent a lot of time beachcombing. Furnishings were nice, beds were amazing, everything spotless. Kitchen was well-equipped. Minor downside was the island range not working but there were burners provided and we didn’t really plan to do a lot of cooking anyway. Hot water wasn’t always sufficient if others were showering, but not a big deal. Overall, fabulous time had by all and would def stay again!

Perfect Location for big group

This is our second year staying at this home. Last year we had problems with cleanliness and some other little things. This year the house was clean, pool too. It has a great kitchen, perfect for a big group or family. Bar stools are too low for the kitchen Island. Wish they would replace those. The home itself is just across the street from the ocean and. Lose to shops, restaurants and all our favorite bars. Our checkin was seamless and the person who checked us in was very nice. The only thing that was a negative was the one bathroom in the car back right of the house had all the paint and wall peeling and coming up. Looks like it’s been that way for a while.

Nice but not quite luxurious

I will list the cons first: The blinds in the master bedroom are broken, they did offer to send maintenance to look at them but surely they knew beforehand they were broken. At night it was like laying under a spotlight lol. The barstools at the bar are WAY too short. The hot water is kinda wonky, hot one minute and cold the next. The sheets were itchy and not very comfortable. The 4th floor crowsnest is not accessible. The pros: The house is beautiful and clean. The communication with the rental co is good. There was plenty of room and the elevator was a nice touch. Overall the house is NICE but I would not consider it a "luxurious" house.

Overall a beautiful home; perfect location; good neighborhood! Lots of room!! Elevator was awesome and most helpful!! Beds were extremely comfortable!! Swimming pool AWESOME!! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would choose the house again! Just a few thoughts....For a 4-day stay with 7 people, more trash bags (we had 2), supply 1 extra roll of toilet tissue/bathroom, and beach towels--those would've been great amenities!! We had to buy them. Perhaps consider a different maintenance team--dirty sheets/linens were thrown under bed, coffee makers dirty! Per North Beach Realty's written policy, it was up to us to survey and report damage the first day, as the management company notice indicated the guests would be blamed & charged for damages not reported ASAP! "Nuisance calls are $50/each"! I submitted a full list directly to the management company through their portal.

Almost 4 stars but needs extermination & new furniture

At 1st glance rental home appeared to be clean but eventually we started noticing roaches in the kitchen even though we were not even cooking in the kitchen. The roaches varied in sizes (small/baby roaches up to adult larger roaches) which means that there’s more than likely a nest of them within the rental house. There were also several fruit flies/gnats flying around inside of the house as well as crawling around is the refrigerator. The pool was suppose to be cleaned twice a week but it didn’t seem like the pool cleaning company ever showed up to clean anything. The other minor issues such as the cracked toilet seat, non-functional patio sliding patio door, and non-functional jacuzzi bath tub that we found with the house were taken care of very quickly by maintenance so they are very responsive if you have any issues. Awesome view of the beach from the rental house and close location to several great restaurants. The screened in balcony is awesome, however all the furniture on the balcony is severely rusted. You will need to bring or purchase your own beach towels because there are none provided at the rental house. They do provide bath towels but they are not to be used for the pool or beach. The garage and elevator were very nice amenities which we had no issues with those. The recliner sofas are definitely past their expiration date, they’re peeling, cracking, leaning, and corroding/molding so I hope they get replaced soon.

Family Beach Week

Property was very well kept with only a few minor items that could be easily addressed. Elevator was extremely convenient considering the kitchen and main living space were on the 3rd floor but only a minor inconvenience and a lot of stairs.
