We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The hot tub was hot enough and absolutely amazing to relax in. The pool was warm, which made our stay even more comfortable.The living areas are very spacious, and the kitchen is large and well laid out.Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place

The house was truly magnificent. The manager Scott could not be nicer to deal with. The house had everything we could have wanted. We were a group of 7 men for our annual golf trip. This was by far the nicest property we have stayed at in the 5 years coming down.The kitchen was incredibly stocked; bathrooms were spotless; amenities were amazing (video game, ping pong table, heated pool, jacuzzi, 6 75 inch televisions.)The elevator was a bonus for transporting our luggage.Our plans are to stay here again, once we finalize our dates.I strongly recommend anyone that wants an amazing home/host stay here.

Great vacation home!

Great place to stay

This house has everything you need to have a perfect vacation. Great location, amenities, kitchen, pool and Scott. Scott is a great host, full of knowledge and very helpful. The elevator is a life saver. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Our family has been coming together for a beach vacation for over 20 years and this is one of the BEST homes we have stayed in. The house is well stocked, the pool and spa were wonderful, and the property manager and owner were very responsive. The property has a great location for the little kids in our family to make it to the ocean quickly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Had a really great stay, the house listing was everything it said it was. Really enjoyed the wide open house, plenty of room for everyone, very well stocked with everything we needed. The biggest hit of all was the heated pool, outdoor tv and jacuzzi with it being in the 30s at night. Short walk to Cherry Grove Pier and Beach. Walking distance to all the necessary stores. Loved the place!

Amazing Stay!

When I say this house has everything, I truly mean it! In addition to the awesome pool, hot tub, playhouse and games - there’s a lot that isn’t mentioned specifically in the listing. They have everything you’ll need for the beach (wagon, beach toys, chairs, etc)! James went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He came over when we checked in and gave us a walkthrough of the house and showed us how to use the pool controls, etc. He was available during our entire stay to answer any questions we had and address concerns (we had some loud neighbors and James immediately addressed the issue). Couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Fun venue for multigenerational group

Our group consisted of my husband, a 10-year-old, and my 80 year-old parents. The house was a great choice for us; the putting green and the toasty-warm pool were wonderful amenities (even my parents partook in the pool). Kitchen is well-stocked and spacious (note that only salt and pepper are provided, but there are several grocery stores nearby; I would recommend the Publix). The Jacobs were very accommodating and Scott, the property manager, is a gem.

Perfect beach vacation

Sea Stars III was the best place we have stayed on a beach vacation. It had everything we needed. The kitched was well stocked which was great since we wanted to cook and stay at the house rather than go out. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was great for the kids. We used the hot tub at night and watched Jaws and other shark movies on the outdoor TV - so fun! When we needed something Scott was there so fast to fix it. He was very helpful.

Family Vacation Stay

This was the first time our 4 kids weren’t to the beach. They had a BLAST! The weather was cold and the heated pool and hot tub was perfect for them to enjoy! Beds were very comfortable and the entire house was spacious for us and our friends. There were plenty of towels, toys and amenities in the kitchen to make the stay easier. Thank you for providing a space like this for our family and friends. We will hopefully be back!

Beautiful

The place was amazing and beautiful! The kids all loved the pool, us grown ups enjoyed the hottub in the late evenings with watching a favorite movie. The night life at the house was fantastic. I’ll miss that. And it’s so close to the beach 1 minute walk. I also loved that they accommodate for children. All the same stuff plus the little house for kids. Not many places do that. And Scott was so generous and Was very quick to help us. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in Myrtle Beach

Absolutely gorgeous pool and play-living area around it! Large area in the pool about a foot deep for toddlers and younger kids! Plenty of beach and pool toys for kids! This house has a fully furnished kitchen with 2 refrigerators and dishwashers and almost any countertop appliance you can think of! It's a minute from the beach and 2 minutes from a fishing pier! Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within minutes by car. Hosts responded quickly and were great and Scott the property manager was the best! See for yourself!!

Ready to book for next year!

This was our 3rd year staying in one of the Jacob's houses. The first one in this particular house. This is our new favorite spot. We absolutely loved everything about the house and the location. The house has everything you will ever need and plenty more! The pool and outdoor area is PERFECT! Many houses claim easy beach access, which will prove to be a bit of a hike, but not this one. The beach access is literally right across the street and an easy walk! As always these folks were so easy to work with and answered all of our questions before and during our stay. Scott was amazingly helpful and always so quick to respond with any need that came up. We are ready to book this same house for next year and we just got back yesterday! Thanks again for this perfect vacation spot!

Everything was awesome! Scott was a huge help ! Hooks were wonderful downstairs fir towels and bathing suits! More hooks could be added esp in outdoor shower. A bench would be nice for those needing to sit. When there is no breeze downstairs, a fan or two would be wonderful. I told Scott some of these things as we communicated a lot. The beautiful table upstairs needs a pad added as it wobbles a little. We LOVE your house. We hope cleaning crew appreciate how we left it as we tried to leave it better than we found it ! THANK YOU for allowing us to rent it!

Spring break stay with family

Day 1 smooth arrival Property manager was there upon arrival gave full walk through and tutorials and to let us know pool cleaners would visit on the following day Day 2 woke up smooth day greeted by property manager first thing in the am Day 3 apparently someone in my group misread keys to the new system wrong for the jacuzzi tried turning it off it was left on water overflowed out Property manager was present at the property the next morning before I could see it to send me a photo and text of what had taken place (property manager was here again first thing in the am) later that night learned the pool heater wasn't functioning correctly so we shut down all pool activity until the following day neighbors complained about television outside being on Property manager came and turned it off while there power washing the grounds at 10pm 12 (MIDNIGHT) property manager comes walking through the back door unannounced states THE WIFI IS MESSING UP and goes to the box no announcement (startling the teens on that level) The pop is visits etc. were non stop we checked out on Wednesday Waited 8 days in full prior to inquiring about my refund for deposit and when asked all of a sudden there were damages etc the tissue rack was yanked down my husband and i both did a full walk through prior to departure the property manager is running game I definitely felt racially profiled by day 3 with the constant pop ups at the property this man is now telling me when asking for deposit refu...
