The location of the towers was nice. Great pools and beach access. Condo bedroom was right off hallway where it was very loud. You can hear people talking and walking by. Also, no real restaurant or bar in the hotel. No pool service for food or drinks.

Most of the places I have stayed in Myrtle Beach I have not felt safe. This facility was safe and very nice. I have not been anywhere that had great service in the USA in quite a while but this place wanted guests to feel welcome. Service with a smile! Room size was plentiful. Kitchen was equipped to make the stay enjoyable. Will stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It felt like a home away from home. We stay in the 3 bedroom at the hotel resort and it was beyond words. Our balcony overlooked the pools and the ocean. Definitely will be back!!

At first glance , we were amazed at how big this property was. We assumed it would be hard to find help or people would be unfriendly or overly busy. It was nothing like that! Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. There is stuff everywhere to ensure safety and order. We had a terrible mix up with our room but the hotel manager and staff were extremely apologetic and went out of their way to correct the situation. Once everything was corrected, we had a great time and are looking to plan another stay! I definitely recommend this property!

This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach and this property. It was so beautiful and we loved the cottage. It was like a home away from home. My husband and I celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary this past weekend. It was relaxing and great scenery. We definitely be back with our family.

We loved our stay. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and pool area. Staff were friendly. Check in and out was easy. We were able to spend our last day at the pool despite checking out at 11:00. We were able to park our car at the tower. Don’t miss the pizza on the third floor of tower. Delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

We apologize, you were not given any towels, however apron check in our guest are given a information sheet with WiFi info and room details that include that all houses/villas rentals are self sufficient, meaning they do not receive fresh towels or linens informing you that you will have to wash them yourselves and that your keys must be returned at check out. We value your feedback and will be sharing your comments with the appropriate departments to make our guests more comfortable while providing the best in hospitality.

We were here the week before Easter. The towers were pretty empty and that meant the pool areas were easy to find chairs. By the time we left, there were a lot more people there and it made it a little more challenging to find chairs but we still could find chairs. Overall, this place is fantastic and we would definitely come back again. If you’re looking for a smaller place with less people, avoid this place.

Pleasantly surprised. This is a top-notch resort with every amenity you can imagine. We stayed in a very spacious oceanfront 1-bedroom condo unit in the Jasmine Tower and it was fabulous. It was well-appointed and the view was incredible. Will definitely return again. Highly recommended!
