Needs updated and cleaned

The staff were all very nice and as helpful as they could be and our actual room was clean and nice. However, the lobby and common areas inside and out need to be cleaned and updated. The disinfectant spray, which has a "clean" smell is used everywhere and you can smell various odors once it starts wearing off. The main restaurant was not open, the Town Center is just like a normal hotel and the outdoor bar was closed a lot as a result of credit card processing (more like short staffed issues). Maid service is not provided at all, unlike the advertisement for this site, and one must call the front desk for new towels, trash bags, etc. We enjoyed the ocean, North Myrtle and our room to some extent. The advertisement for this site needs to be revised. The conditions and service at the site do not warrant the price one pays. I hope ownership/property management can get it fiured out. Good luck,

Great location and nice small unit

This was a very nice setup for a couple and would probably be great for a small family. Yes, there is a sleeper sofa, but there would be no room to do anything if it was utilized. The outdoor pool and deck area is very nice, unfortunately for us, during our stay there were some issues with the heating system, making use of some of the pools and spas not enjoyable. The location is outstanding for walking to Barefoot Landing and other establishments. I will stay here again

Amazing!! The pools and hot tubs are fantastic. Plenty of room in the parking garage. This was my 2nd stay there and already booked a 3rd!
