This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private hot tub & game room and is in the quiet town of Atlantic Beach centered right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. Exterior of property under video surveillance.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private hot tub with spacious deck & propane grill, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Netflix, free Wi-FI & free parking.

The master bedroom features 1 king and a private bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have 1 queen and there is a shared bathroom. Head across the screened in porch to the 4th bedroom which features 1 king and a sleeper sofa.

The garage, which is attached to the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom has been converted into a game room which has a pool table, electric dartboard, several arcade machines, cornhole game & fishing poles. House also comes with a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart so taking everything back and forth is more convenient.

We loved this property! It was super convenient to the beach and to the restaurants. We could open the bedroom door and hear the ocean. I loved the extra add on room for the older kids. It felt like a small vacation for them also!! I would use the property again!

Great location!

Great location and great size for a big family! only issues we had were the strong mold smell in the house, the clothes washer spin cycle doesn't get much water out so we had to run it three times and the floors didn't get cleaned well before we arrived. also just for reference, there is no crockpot, for whoever is wondering. overall though, fit our needs and being able to walk down to the beach was what we loved the most.

Overall, nice property

We really enjoyed our time and the space was perfect for our group. There were a few minor construction things that haven't been completed, we even found a punch list in the garage. We were happy with the cleanliness of the property and the location was perfect. The cooking utensils were not organized at all, so we had to open every cabinet to find what we needed. There also isn't basics like salt and pepper so plan on bringing stuff from home or making a grocery trip. We'd stay again though, with a little more preparation.

We didnt need to purchase anything but the food we cooked.If I have to leave any suggestions I would say the game room didn't get much attention from the cleaning crew and I stepped on a fishing hook. Thank the lord for shoes. The process was very easy with check in check out! This was home away from home and we will return and stay longer next time.

Great location but not up to cleaniless standards

The house had a great location walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. However, when entering the home it had a very bad smell like mold. The air filters haven't been changed, the sheets on the pull out couch were dirty and not changed or washed. In the pictures online the garage looks to be very nice and clean with a lot of space to utilize the games in there... not the case, it's so dirty I didn't even want my kids going in there. The air hockey table is so close to the pool table you can't even play. The pool table is falling apart and one of the pac man games doesn't even work.

Fall beach vacation with family

The location and size of this home was ideal. Just steps to the beach. There is two other homes being built right behind this house and construction was noisy at times but no fault of the owners of those managing the property. For the most part it was clean. We swept behind the night stand when we pulled it out to plug in CPAP machine. There was quite of bit of debris and spider webs etc. behind there. When we first walked in there was a musty smell throughout the house. We didn’t notice it much as the week wore in. I think we got used to it. The large dining room table was great for family meals, conversation, card playing and dominoes. Just as a suggestion, I would highly recommend putting hooks in bathrooms for towels and other items. 4th bedroom behind garage needs places to store clothes. There is no closet in there. Overall it was a good week. We didn’t use game room much due to musty smell. Also washing machine did not drain properly. A few things like hooks, closet space, figuring out ventilation system to get rid of smell would be a bonus.

Perfect location!! Minor issues.

First of all this property is in a 10/10 location. It is far enough from the main road that there is minimal traffic but SUPER convenient to everything the beach has to offer. The beach is a quick walk across a quiet street. The views from three of the bedrooms are very nice. The fourth bedroom is tucked in the back corner of the house with no view at all. The home is very large and can easily accommodate a large family. My kids LOVED the game room and the hot tub and spent the majority of their time in those two spaces. The kitchen has what you need. The downsides - the home has a VERY strong presence of mold. After day two we all got the stuffy noses and coughs that come with not great air quality. The incredible shower pictured in the main bedroom doesn’t actually have all those sprayers. Only the main one works. The toilet rocks back and forth. The floors in the home are VERY uneven and VERY soft in spots so be aware if anyone in your party has mobility issues. The blinds on the main bedroom sliding door are few and far between. Had to hang a blanket from the head rail so no one from the street could look in while we sleep. The door in the middle room needs a new lock. The current lock is completely rusted and the door handle is super loose and kind of just hanging there. This home is beautiful but the money used on the overall decor of the house should have went into actual repairs. As much as we would love to stay again, the mold is a deal breaker for us.

The property is in need of some minor repairs and upgrades, but all in all it is a comfortable and nicely decorated property. The location is quite appealing, and the oceanfront views are amazing. The property has plenty of space, and ample space for parking. We encountered some maintenance and repair issues during our stay, but those issues were promptly addressed by management. My family and I left Casa Geona with some great memories that we will always cherish. Thank you North Beach Reality.

The place could use a good cleaning, not just a typical quickie for the next occupant. The kitchen needs a better set of pots and pans as we cooked breakfast and lunch daily. House also needs some maintenance, missing cabinet doors and other miscellaneous problems. We had a group of eight stay for 5 days and the house is big enough and in a great location. I would stay there again with a group if some things were taken care of.

I loved that it was next to undeveloped lots and that lifeguards are on duty during the day. Check-in and check-out was super easy. The breezeway was another convenient feature of the house because we could park our beach and wet stuff there before Teri g the house. The house was clean, good AC, comfortable beds. We loved the garage arcade! This property needs hooks in the bathrooms for bath towels and it would be nice if there were hooks/laundry lines in the breezeway or covered porch for wet swimming suits. No toilet paper holders.

Location was great, probably the best property management team we’ve encountered, but the owner needs to address many items. Floor, ceiling fans, fridge, power outlets, kitchen, etc… a little investment and updates and this could easily be a 5 star rental.
