I read reviews of property being dirty but the room was clean and so where the pools. Pools where nice and staff was friendly. The only two complaints I would have is the couch seemed to be getting very worn and old and we took my 81 year old mother here for her birthday and slipped on the steps into living room and hurt her ankle I think they need some sort of hand rail to step down In living room. The place was nice and the breakfast and all the food we got there was good. This was our first time here and I would go back. Just know about the step down living room the floor is a laminate and gets wet and slick with the door open so that doesn’t help but a hand rail would be nice

I paid a lot of money to stay at a nice hotel and it has an aweful smell everywhere in the building! Also the door to the room wouldn't stay closed when you would just try and let it shut naturally. The people at the front desk solution was justt keep slamming it till it would latch. The bathroom door has a gap between the door edge and the door jam so big the door didn't latch either. Had 5 people staying in our room and we started out with 3 towels in the room. Every time we needed new towels we had to go to the front desk to get some.The only good thing i can say was the veiw from the balcony of our room. I do not recommend this place for the amount of money that they charge!

Only issue was the online listing didn’t state that the room had 2 steps in it. We traveled with a 16 month old and it was difficult to keep him from going up and down and not getting hurt. Otherwise, we loved the resort and had a great experience!
