  • Pet Friendly Beach house located on the Blvd just across the street from the beach. 2 nice front decks and 1 screened in porch on the back, all loaded with rocking chairs. Swimming pool in back yard! Plenty of room to park cars. This house is just steps to the beach. Near everything! Walk to restaurants, bars, surf shop, gas station, convenient store, golf course and of course, the beach! Two story house with 4 bedrooms and two bath rooms situated on a large street to street lot that fronts on South Ocean Blvd and backs to Perrin Dr. Beach access in front of the house and also has another beach access with bath rooms and showers too. This is one of the few nice houses that allows pets! Lots of space and a very cool location.

Location was perfect, across the street from the beach. This home was pet friendly, however note that pets are not allowed in the pool area. Close to all the attractions and some awesome restaurants!

The beach house was so cozy and right near the beach !

My family loved the coziness of the home and the cleanliness. It was right across the street from the beach so made it so easy to enjoy with our kids. We loved the clean blue pool that my family used everyday ! I would stay here again !

The location was excellent. Property manager was great with quick replies, and quick to resolve property issues w/pool pump. Mattresses were a little hard, but we got used to them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future, for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. It’s across from one of our favorite condos. Having a private pool was awesome, especially with toddlers. Plenty of room for all us. FYI the upstairs shower faucet leaks and it’s hard to adjust the temperature of the water.

Fantastic Beach House.

The house was very nice walking distance to the beach. The pool was awesome the kids had a blast in it as well as the adults. The area around the house is very nice. Lots of stores and restaurants to go to near by. We did mini golf near the house. Brad was our host and he was easy to reach and responded quick to all of my messages. We had a fantastic vacation and would definitely go back. We loved Myrtle Beach.

Family Tradition Celebrating July 4th

This home was perfect for my family. We have two (2) Australian Shepherd’s that are better than our children ever have been who loved this home. My mother (69), sister (51), nephew (32), nephew’s wife (32) niece (28), niece’s husband (31), my grandbaby (3), my husband (51) and myself. We had plenty of room and it was great that we all had our private rooms to escape to. We loved this home and the pool. We all felt very safe and the location was steps from the beach.

We had a fantastic stay for our Christmas vacation. The house is perfectly set up for a family, we enjoyed mornings on the front porch in the sun and spent days by the pool soaking up sunshine. The house has everything you need for your stay, including lots of dishes and pans for cooking. The location to the beach was awesome, literally right across the street! You feel secluded yet are close to many things you can venture out and do. We will definitely rent from this owner again.
