1. Guest reported having 2 ESA, stated his wife passes out and needed to have both dogs for this reason. (If you have an ESA pet, the pet should be with you at all times, this was not the case for these folks.). 2. Pets were over our recommended weight limit. 3. Unit only allows for 8 guests, these folks had 9. 4. Guests reported seeing A bug, we had pest control out at 10am next morning. The did not report any evidence of bugs. (We treat our units monthly for pests. This is our proactive approach at maintaining our properties so we won’t have any problems.) 5. Guest left unit extremely filthy. Empty bottles in every room, dog hair everywhere, dirty dishes, furniture re arranged, evidence of blowup mattress left in unit, dirty dirty dirty! 6. Yes, James did pay extra for pool to be heated at 85 Degrees. 1st nite they arrived they all went in pool Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. We strongly feel these people attempted to take advantage of our kindness. They inquired about using golf cart for free on the first nite, just to see if they like it. Really, who makes such a request? We were willing to give golf cart for first nite until we witnessed how many guests and pets. We gave guest 90% of his money but he still wasn’t satisfied. It saddens me that people can be so disloyal and still get an opportunity to make false accusations towards good law abiding business owners. Bless your heart, Joe and Lisa

Melissa and her adorable family were great guests. Out of the mouth of babes, I had the pleasure to meet Nicholas, the oldest of Melissa's two children, maybe 7 yrs old. Nicholas, said to me "when I opened the blue front door it was like I was walking into the ocean." My husband and myself will forever remember this little boy saying this. Absolutely loved this family. We really hope they come back to stay with us again in the future. We enjoy watching these families come back year after year as watch the children grow up while making memories at the beach. This couple are amazing parents. We enjoyed this super family. They left the unit very clean, communicated exceptionally well and most importantly appeared to enjoy the "family" vacation. Added bonus, they have a dog named "Captain" so do we!!! I truely hope we have the opportunity to have these guests back again in future and watch our babies Captain and Captain grow up together. Wayne, Patti and Mojo were fabulous folks. We love getting to know our guests and were fortunate enough to get to know a little about this incredible couple. Patti shared the daily struggles Wayne is currently going through since being dx with cancer, we truly hope they were able to put all the pain in the corner and enjoy all that South Carolina beach's offer during their stay.
