Loved the place. Suggestions would be screens on doors, guest toilet needs to be secured better, fan blades drooping, and price needs to be more competitive.. really cute cottage feel

Perfect for beach days

Loved that you could walk out the back door right to the beach. It is the perfect house for those beach days. It was nice and quiet. A relaxing trip for my family. It's not really within walking distance to resturants but you cam easily drive 5-10 minutes away for restaurants and shopping.

Needs an overhaul

Steps to beach, literally, is best thing about this property. It has been used hard and needs some TLC. Clean but there are ants. The bed mattress in one of the bedrooms is well worn, and the paint and trim need quite a bit of work whether from age/use, or water damage. There is no dishwasher (and there needs to be).
