Walk to the beach! Everything you need for your family's beach vacation fun! Just 2 blocks to the neighborhood boardwalk access to the beautiful Windy Hill beach! Widest beach in N. Myrtle with full services including bathrooms, lifeguard and rental services. The House is a Fully equipped Beach Vacation House including 8 sturdy Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, 2 large coolers, boogie boards, sand toys and two wagons to bring everything to/from the beach and a HOT TUB for relaxing on your return! Large living spaces indoors and out including upper patio with dining table, and a separate private covered outdoor couch sitting area with firepit and ceiling fans. BBQ Grill and picnic table with ceiling fan. Lots of yard games including corn hole, and 2 complimentary Beach Cruiser Bicycles included for guest use.

House offers 3 Bedrooms and 2-Full Bathrooms. Newly updated and furnished in 2024. High quality mattresses and bedding on all beds. And a fully equipped kitchen including stainless refrigerator/freezer with filtered water & ice maker, dishwasher and new stove with Air Fryer Oven, Krups Coffee Maker all service ware for kitchen and BBQ food preparation and serving. Plus a full laundry room with full size washer & dryer for guest use!

Wonderful family & pet friendly neighborhood. Walk or bike along safe sidewalked streets to the ice cream shop, coffee shop and renowned Joe's Burger Shack and many other walkable/bike/golf cart destinations including Barefoot Landing with so many restaurants, shops, attractions and summer night FIREWORKS!
