Waterfront 4 BR house w/pool & dock. Just steps to the beach. Pet Friendly.

  • Bring your boat or jetski! 4 bedroom Waterfront home with dock and swimming pool. Sleeps 12. Just steps to the beach. Completely renovated. Pet friendly too. The perfect place for a family vacation. Large kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, large flat screen tv's, spacious rooms, two porches, and large covered outdoor lounging area. Fully stocked kitchen, linens are provided. We rent Saturday to Saturday in our houses. Plenty of parking. Room for 8 cars and a golf cart. Boat launch is just 2 streets over and the dock is available for your boat or jetski. Two bedrooms have a king size bed, one has two queen size beds and the other has two full size beds. Large living area. Wifi internet, and tv's in every room.

Great Family Rental

This house is so close to the beach and has a wonderful outdoor space for relaxing. It's nice to be able to come back from the beach and cool off in the pool. Morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the canal was a must each day. Its great for a family vacation.

House is a very quick/easy walk to quieter part of beach. Home as described and easily accommodated our family with teenagers and grandparents. Brad was prompt and friendly in his communication. We would stay in this home again.

Summer vacation 2024

We absolutely loved this place. The location is awesome!!!!!! A short walk to the beach, a private pool in the back and a dock you can fish off. There is ample parking which is something that it's difficult to find at the beach. And is also pet friendly. The owner Brad was wonderful about responding to any messages I sent. Communication was superb.

Brad the owner was very receptive to the problem we had with the BBQ. He replaced it the next day with a brand new one! 👍😊 Beach is exactly as advertised, unit is well equipped and I requested that the pool be left open and it was, 😎. Plenty of parking. Spacious rooms too!

Good location, needs cleaning

The house was a good size for 8 adults. Plenty of beds and places to sit. We had an issue with one of the toilets and Brad sent someone very quickly to fix it. The location was good. Just a block and a half to beach access. The house was tidy, but needs a serious deep clean. There is thick dust in the vents, on the ceiling fans, behind the furniture and tvs.

Great location

This property location was great! We have family in the area and this was right in the middle of where they are and all the places we love to frequent. The beds are extremely comfortable! Be sure to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs, as they are not provided. The description does not say they are, but want to make people aware :) The rental could use a little sprucing from general wear and tear. Mostly the decking and showers. The outdoor seating was a bit disappointing as it wasn’t quite what the pictures showed. Cushions need a little attention as well as the picnic table. Check out is early, but with proper planning, not a big deal. Brad was extremely responsive to any questions and very friendly. Overall, this rental met our needs and we all enjoyed our stay!

Great location and great house!

My sister, my mom and myself along with our 2 dogs stayed at the house Sat. Sept. 21st to Sat. Sept 28th. The owner Brad was very responsive when I emailed him questions about the house prior to our stay and while we were there. We received the code to check in earlier than expected too! We really liked the layout of the house (which the pics were exactly as shown), the fenced in yard for our dogs and it was a very short walk to the beach! The pool was a plus too! We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean upon arrival! The only negative comment I would leave, is that there was no hose to spray off coming back from the beach, but we used the outside shower, so it wasn’t that bad. Everything else was great! We loved the fact that we had bath towels and the bed sheets were on the beds when we arrived! Thank you Brad for allowing us to rent your house for the week, we had a great time!

It worked, but was pretty basic.

Pro's: Comfortable beds, nice washer/dryer, nice location. Con's: missing a lot of basics in the kitchen - very limited serving dishes, plates, utensils, cookware. Did not provide any soap for dishes, dishwasher, etc. 1 kitchen towel and washcloth. 1 tiny, thin, showing towel per person. 2 rolls of toilet paper in the whole house for the week. Ice Maker did not work. Pool was not advertised as being only 3 feet deep, and outside shower did not work. Only 4 chairs by the pool. We only had 7 people staying here, it would have been very crowded and not enough of anything if we had filled the house to capacity. It felt very basic and cheaply done.

Relaxing Family Vacation

Wonderful property. Quiet, clean, and very relaxing atmosphere. Kids and adults loved the pool and the extremly short walk to the beach-- you are literally walking straight up to the beach access with in 2 min. House was very clean and we had enough towels,linen, kitchen accessories. Fenced in yard extremly clean for a pet friendly place! Loved the covered parking also! Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. And of course the dog! The fenced in yard was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach with only a few stairs. A little bit of a drive to get to the shops and restaurants, but sometimes it's nice to be off of the beaten path!
