"Super cosy cottage with everything you could wish for. Super communication from Sue who kindly informed us that we were able to check in earlier than expected. Extremely comfortable and clean. Lovely village with amenities and buses to York. Park and ride option just a short drive away by a great designer outlet. The little touches including the milk and biccies were also very much appreciated. My only issue was forgetting my phone charger (when will i learn???!!!!) Thank you for a lovely...

"SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...

"We have stayed here on a number of times and it just seems to keep getting better each time, the site has been set out to give a level of privacy to each pod, the pods are well equipped and the amount of wildlife is perfect, it can be a bit flyie between may and September, but there are a number of things put in place to reduce this along with fly screen ect, the BBQ fire pits make sitting out on a evening a must, the site is handedly placed for visits to York and elvington air museum."

"The staff were outstanding. I was in town as sponsor of the boxing event across at the arena so was v v busy 24 hours for me. Every member of staff made it all considerably easier for me due to their immaculate professionalism throughout, i wish i could recall their names but from the lady on reception to the ladies cleaning the room, it was elite level. Thanks to all and well done. "

"This is a lovely hotel to stay at. The staff are friendly and helpful. My shower wasn't working properly so they moved me to another room. Both rooms were were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Its close to central Hull - the main square being a 5min walk away. My breakfast was good with various options."
