"Our stay at Margaritaville Resort Costa Rica was memorable, the resort itself offers what you’d expect from an all-inclusive comfortable rooms, good amenities, and a beautiful beach the real standout here is the exceptional staff. The moment we checked in Malory at the front desk set the tone with a warm, friendly check-in experience. I hardly ever remember names, but the service here is was so great and personable that several people left a positive impression. Banana Winds, Rodolfo and Mauricio made every visit feel welcoming and easy. Over at the Italian restaurant, each meal felt like a personal experience every time we ate there, thanks to the incredible team—Randall, Yoleth, Carlos, and Kevin. And last but certainly not least Henry from security was not only professional but incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, adding an unexpected and appreciated personal touch to our stay. The gorgeous beach and phenomenal staff are what set it apart. Highly recommend and plan on retuning! "
