Clean, comfortable, and mostly quiet. A little rough around the edges. The outdoor carpet needs to be replaced and some of the furnishings in the room showed signs of wear. There was a communication error somewhere in the system. The hotel didn't have a copy of our reservation information from Expedia. I showed them my expedia confirmation and I think it got worked out.
