The hotel was just what we needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. Did not need to use other amenities. The only thing we were hesitant about was the obvious bed bug traps on the legs of each of the beds. There was no evidence of bugs though.

I booked this on expedia for a one night stay. It was $50 and it was a $50 room. THat being said. The room was very clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The staff was outstanding. The outside and one of our rooms needed renovated. The parking lot and outside is a mess but one of out rooms was partially renovated, the other older but clean. You are getting great value for $50 a night.

We had a 1 queen bed room on the ground floor. While the lady at the front desk was pleasant when we checked in, and the mattress was extremely comfortable, it went down hill from there. The heater in the room didn't work, the room smelled damp and musty, there was toothpaste on the faucet of the sink and only one bedside table. Both my husband and I use CPAP's. With out a side table and outlet, there was no way for me to use my CPAP. We could have gone to the desk and asked for another room, but we were so tired from a 9+hr day of driving that we just said forget about it and fell into bed. A hot breakfast is provided, which is a plus, but we woke up around 4:30 am to a cold room, so we chose to hit the road and not wait. If we ever need to spend the night in North Platte again, we will look elsewhere.

The front desk staff were excellent. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The hotel shows it's age, but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The EV charging was a bit finnicky and actually more expensive than the supercharger just down the street. Travelling for business with family and a dog. I would stay here again. Booking was easy. I can't emphasize enough how nice it is to come in late after long travel and have friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Took a minute to get used to checking in through an i pad/kiosk. Everything you'd want food and shopping wise is close by. The hotel itself is surrounded by parking lots for trucks so depending where room is you can hear trucks running all night

Easy check in. Helpful staff clean room but needs a maintenance in the bathroom. Ice machine not covenant! It wasn’t in the center of the motel. Had to go upstairs to the very end of the hall for ice. Breakfast was adequate. I would probably stay there again. Gas station, Walmart and restaurants close by!

We stayed in room 127 for 1 night in mid July 2026. We checked in late in the evening and we left early the following morning. Our room smelled of cat urine (I should say it reeked of cat urine). Because we were only spending very few hours in the room (sleeping for 1 night), we didn't ask to change rooms. In hindsight, we wish we had gone to a different room because the odor was overpowering. The room appeared clean, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was a typical hotel 'free breakfast', the air conditioner worked fine, so we have no other complaints or comments. However, we probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
