"The property is clean and super quiet. We loved that it is right on the water. They are pet-friendly. It rained off and on for most of our trip, but there was so much to do there, we didn't even mind the rain. The game room was amazing. The hot tub was always hot and bubbly. The sauna was so nice after a refreshing dip in the pool. Our host was nearby if we needed anything. We had a great time staying here and would most definitely book again."

"It was a cozy, clean and comfortable cottage within walking distance to Front street. The owner replied quickly when we reached out with a few questions. Lots of good restaurants and shopping on Front street. The ferry to the island was within walking distance."

"Great little *clean* house near downtown! Our dogs enjoyed having a fenced in yard to run around. The home was near everything, but far enough away from traffic to get a good night's sleep without noise. Walk up to Dancing Baristas for a delicious power bowl and coffee!"

"We had an excellent stay at this property. The views overlooking the water were perfect. I enjoyed going for walks in the evenings around the neighborhood. We knew that accessing the water would not be an option here, but the neighbors were extremely kind in inviting us to swim in their beautiful Pool. We were able to bring our street legal side-by-side and drive into Beaufort, which was a highlight of the trip. Radio Island and Shevans Park are just minutes away and perfect for kids."

"Janet made our stay very comfortable. Enjoyed our wine night and conversation about travel on her patio. Our stay in Beaufort was great our accommodation was perfect for everything we needed to do.Highly recommend!!"

"This house was perfect for us! We were traveling with our grown sons, daughter in laws, & grandson. Each adult couple got their own room with a queen size bed & there was a bunk bed room that our grandson loved. His parents actually stayed in the room with him as one of the bunk beds had a full size bottom. There were 3 full bathrooms again very nice with a larger crowd. Parking was also very nice with 3 cars to park in addition to our boat. We usually have difficulty with this. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs. The outdoor spaces were also nice. The hosts were very responsive to any needs you may have. They also surprised us with a homemade pound cake & ice cream! That was a nice treat each night while playing games. We will definitely be back for another stay!"

"So first off people need to remember this is an RV experience and not a hotel experience when booking this place. If you’re not familiar with RV then you will not have proper expectations. Honestly, we thought this place was cute. We enjoyed waking to the sunrise every morning right by the water. We enjoyed the atmosphere, kayaks and loved the outdoor rain shower. I think overall our only complaint was that it was pretty warm in the RV. There is a portable AC but it is on the opposite side of the RV. Maybe centralize it and it would help with the temp control. The toilet did smell but RV toilets must have water kept in the bowl with deodorizer and as long as you did this it did not smell. This is something that must occur after the toilet is flushed every time. Like I said remember this is an RV. We would consider staying here again. Overall the romantic cuteness and amenities outweigh everything. Thanks for your hospitality."
