"Breakfast was fully stocked and had a variety of foods. Spa and pool were good for the kids. Parking was complimentary which was nice because expedia tried to upsell me parking for $40 a night which the hotel only charges $10 a night but gives for free."

"We stayed 1 night and found staff to be friendly and our room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking available and a nice breakfast was provided. We would stay again and recommend it to people we know."

"Overall, we had a fantastic stay at The Citizen Hotel! Check-in and checkout were both incredibly easy, and the staff made everything feel seamless. The restaurant downstairs was a highlight. We ate there for multiple meals and everything was fantastic. Our room was also nicely updated, comfortable, and had a lot of character. My only real feedback would be around cleanliness. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on the mattress, which was a bit of a bummer, and the shower had some visible mold in a few areas. The air filter was also noticeably full of dust and dirt and looked like it could use a good cleaning or replacement. Those details aside, we really enjoyed our stay and had a great experience overall. With a little more attention to the room cleanliness, it would have been excellent!"
