"Love the location, excellent dining options. Highly recommend a Lakefront room. It is truly lakefront, beautiful view, steps from the beach. Room was cozy, equipped with everything we needed. Only complaint is the shower head is awkwardly low, doing the limbo to wash my hair. Wish it was a hand held"

"This place is an excellent choice for walking distance to King’s Beach amenities and activities. The unit is very well kept and maintained. The owner sincerely cares about the property. Although our stay was short, we were thankful to have use of the kitchen and laundry. Would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to others."

"Super easy walk to the beach that would have been difficult to get consistent parking at. Great location as a base for exploring lake Tahoe area and we frequently strolled from the house to the beach. Fully stocked with so many thoughtful extras. Beach chairs and umbrellas for use made beach days relaxing and easy."

"This was a beautiful house, very convenient to the beach. There were lots of nice additions like hammocks in the yard, kayak and sup, and beach chairs nd wagon. Tara was a great host- always replying quickly. I highly recommend this rental!"
