"Kayaks are provided daily. Weather was great for the end of September. Had a pancake and sausage breakfast on the second morning and met a lot of the regular guests. They had been coming here for 28, 30 and 32 years! Grounds and hotel are very well kept. Pool was heated and hot tub and fire pit was nice to have at the end of a day here! Solo senior traveller that enjoyed her stay very much."

"This property at Kings Beach was everything we were looking for and hoping for. The location was outstanding, with a gorgeous view of Lake Tahoe and only steps from the beach. We appreciated the two bedrooms and especially the two bathrooms. It had all we needed to prepare our meals when we ate in. Every morning and every evening we went down to the beach to view the sunrise and sunset. We appreciated being close enough to the places we wanted to visit and hike, such as Donner Lake and Emerald Bay State Park, as well as other hikes we did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!!"

"We loved this property! It was very clean, spacious and had everything you would need on vacation.The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was brand new and very functional.Very close to the center and the beach. We walked everywhere and only used the car once to go to the Safeway.Other travelers mentioned the proximity to the school. We stayed while it was back in session and didn't have any problems at all - traffic wise and noise wise. The neighborhood is very quiet and we truly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely go back in the future."
