"Staff was great. Room was AMAZING."

"The apartment was clean except for some spots on the wall and one side of the bedroom looked like it was vacuumed really quick. Outside of this, the room was perfect and we didn’t complain as it was due for a cleaning. The staff was all friendly and polite. Helped with suggestions and provided detailed instructions. They were also very accommodating as we arrived way before our check-in time and they were able to get us a room. Laundry appliances are in the apartment and easy to use. We did not use the balcony as it was too high up for our liking. But it was clean and has a table and chairs available. We had the city view and was happy with it. Close to shops, restaurants, transport. Highly recommend. Easy to get around. "

"Room was nice and comfortable and location was quiet in good location for where we needed to be. Service is weird - self check in on computer screen - although the receptionist have us our key. Despite the gold status bottle of wine we were supposed to be offered, we had to ask 3 times to actually receive it. "

"Proximity to the train station and food outlets makes the stay very easy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable bed . "

"The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot."

"Spacious, comfortable and modern room with all the required amenities. Great location with a minute or two walk to St Leonards station and lots of cafes and supermarket etc. close by. Quiet area on weekends. Wouldnt hesititate to stay here again. "
