"Comfortable, safe and clean accommodation in Tempe walking distance to ASU. "

"Great location between Scottsdale and Tempe. That's about the only good thing I can remember. The price was very high for what we received. They had no live TV, only apps that wanted you to pay to access. We also left a Beauty Rest pillow in our room. We called and spoke with a manager who said he'd get back to us. No reply. So the second day we texted the other manager and was told they'd get back to us. Text messages the following day did little to locate the pillow (an expensive Beauty Rest)."

"Room with king bed- clean , not spacious, no work space. Shower big and nice, no bathroom counter. Coffee in room, with no near by plug. Cord only 3 inches. Rooms are located near busy intersection- very loud throughout the night (week day). Basic check in , no staff over night. No other guests there when we arrived early -charged us 10$ for early check in. Water faucet periodically drained all evening/over night. AC worked but very loud when it would start back up. Overall would not stay here again. Better amenities elsewhere for same price. "

"Easy access to Tempe Town Lake. The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud, however. I liked the "good" greek yogurt and coffee at breakfast. Would appreciate a non-sugar oatmeal / cereal option, however."
