Great place!

Very peaceful side of the island and close to rum point and starfish beaches. Views and private beach were fantastic. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect family vacation spot

Spent the week here with our two college aged children… perfect for time together. Great house which is located right on the beach with amazing blue water out every window.

Amazing!

What a beautiful home, property, and beach! The beds were very comfortable and linens were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make drinks to cooking and grilling meals. The snorkeling was great right off the beach! The pool was wonderful! Definitely recommend this property for vacationing.

Wonderful North Side House

Great house. The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to be somewhere more secluded/private. The constant breeze from the northern shore was so relaxing and beautiful. Well-appointed and equipped. We would definitely stay again.

This property is flawless. The home and pool are immaculate! Beachfront and crystal clear waters literally when you step outside! We would recommend this property to anyone! It was private and peaceful and our kids had the time of their lives!

Peaceful paradise!!

Loved our stay at Villa Espirit! We chose to stay on the quiet side of the island and so glad we did! The house was amazing and just as pictured! Highly recommend snorkeling right off the beach! Had a great time visiting the local restaurants and rum point. Mitzie was incredibly responsive and helpful! We will be back!!!

Warm & peaceful

We were 2 families visiting for the 1st time - the home was well stocked and beautful . We enjoyed the quiet beach and canoes . The pool was cool lit up at night by lights . We had plenty of room and everything was super clean . You need a car as walking or bikes are not an option based on the house location .the freezer was not producing ice and we could not get it to open . That was the only fault of our stay .We would reccomend this house for families that enjoy some quiet time & a beautiful home . The games were also a huge memory making time .

Great house for 5 ladies to have a family reunion.

This property was excellent. They provided everything we needed to have a fabulous time in paradise. This house is situated on the quiet side of the island and it was perfect for us. There is a small grocery store, right down the road. This was very convenient for our group. There is also a good number of good restaurants, that aren’t a far drive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

STUNNING! Run, don’t walk!

We stayed at Villa Esprit with a group of 6 (grandparents, parents, and adult children). We loved the location (on the quieter North Side of the island) and the design/cleanliness of the property. It had everything we could ask for — modern finishes, high end appliances and barbecue, and a gorgeous pool (small, but the perfect size for cooling off)! The view was breathtaking and we loved watching sunrises/sunsets from the deck. We will be back :)

Beautiful place to relax and unwind

Villa Esprit is a beautiful modern home on the North Side that's right on the water. Nice pool and chairs. Nice well stocked kitchen. Lots of beach and pool gear (kayaks, rafts, etc.). Some sandy beach, but it is mostly rocky/seagrass in the waters just off the beach. They are good about cleaning the beach every few days. My only wish would have been for a slightly larger bed in the master.

Grand Cayman Trip

Outstanding home!! Home is just as pictured. We could not get over the views, each day the sunrise was more spectacular than the last! Close to Rum Point and the restaurants. Over the Edge and Tukka are a short drive also in the opposite direction. Diving was great! Got 6 in this trip. We did early morning; had to be on the road by 5:30 am to make the boat with living the dream dive shop…best dive shop on the island. We have used them with each trip. Would absolutely stay at the house again!!

5 star resort stay

This place was maybe our favorite vacation as a family we have ever had! Everything about this property was absolutely perfect for our stay. From the kayaks, to snorkel gear, water shoes, pool, cleanliness of everyone, kitchen which had everything anyone could need, we wish could stay for another 2 weeks! If we had any questions, response time was in minutes, and the people on the island were so friendly and helpful. It truly was a one of a kind experience and most of this started with this beautiful home that had everything we needed as a family, from ages 6, 16, 19 and in our 40s, it was worth every penny. We know where we will be staying next year and we can’t wait to come back. Only regret was our initial choice of grocery. Fosters had much more choices and at a significant less price. We learned that lesson.

Gorgeous house, beautiful setting

The house is wonderful! The beach is delightful, and the reef right in front of the house has perfect, magical snorkeling. The pool is great. Perfectly relaxing. Don't leave the front door open when you load in your luggage, because if you leave a door open for more than 90 seconds, the HVAC system resets to 82 degrees. Normally, it's locked at 72 degrees, which is chilly in the bedrooms but still warm in the living room. They should probably replace the fan for a better one in the living room. Mitzie was really helpful, and available by text and phone. North Side is quiet and gorgeous. Very little food delivery available on that part of the island. Foster's isn't too far away and has everything you need. Chisholm's Grocery is just down the street and has a lot more than you'd think! We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Breathtakingly Beautiful.

This coastal retreat was nothing short of spectacular. Each morning began with the soothing sound of the Atlantic waves, and every evening ended with breathtaking views of the sunsets painting the sky. My husband, our 8-year-old son, and I spent 8 unforgettable days here. The home was so serene and beautifully designed (and spotless) we spent a few of those days simply lounging and unwinding without ever needing to leave. Our son practically lived in the pool. He only came out to eat and sleep. Then back to “cannonballing” in his own tropical oasis. It truly felt like our own private paradise. We can’t wait to return.

Amazing Views

We loved the house and the views were spectacular. We enjoyed spending time relaxing at the pool and exploring the island from here. The house is awesome and just steps from the water and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the kayak and you could snorkel but it is rocky and not the sandy beach like 7 mile beach so you may need to wear shoes. We did go to 7 mile beach one day for a more swimmable beach area but that was only about 45 minutes away. This location is perfect for a more quiet atmosphere. There were enough places close for dinner options as well. Wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

A nice visit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is pretty close to what you see in the pictures. We didn't have the best weather during our stay, so being so far away (an hour drive) from the west side (and the action/shopping/sites) was unfortunate. The house was nice and quite modern but the proximity to the road and the noise was bothersome. The 2 piece bathroom off the pool area and the foot washing station were nice features. We spend most of our vacation outdoors lounging and aside from pool lounge chairs, the only other option were essentially kitchen chairs, so not ideal for reading a book. As you can see from the reviews, many people love this property, but it just wasn't for us.

Wonderful spot

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were looking for a place to disconnect and relax. This place certainly delivered. The overall property is gorgeous. Very well maintained and clear pride in ownership. We were very happy with the North Shore. We had contemplated going to 7 mile, but we were very happy we did not. Very different vibe on that side of the island and not at all what we were looking for for this trip. We would recommend.

The only suggestion I would make is maybe have someone come each morning to clean the beach up. There was a lot of seaweed, and trash on the beach, so you had to be careful while you stepped.

Nice Home, But Inconvenient

This was a nice home to stay in, It was pretty clean and had everything we needed. It is out of the way (30min. from most activities), but that can be a good thing too. The beach was nice (rocky and sandy) and the snorkeling right out of the back door was nice. No major complaints, we would just stay a little closer to town as a personal preference next time if we are with our family.
