Ski in Ski out - fantastic location on Raccoon Run

Fantastic 3-bed, 2-bath, 1800 sq. ft. townhouse at Jay Peak, located right on the upper Racoon Run and Village Chairlift. Situated on the first two floors of the building, there are two bedrooms upstairs.The spacious master suite has king-size bed and bath; second bedroom has two twin beds. Downstairs on the first floor, there is a queen bedroom as well as a brand new queen-size sofa-bed in living room. A fully equipped, modern kitchen to cater for 8 with breakfast bar and separate dining table makes eating in a great option. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, plenty of seating, cable TV, free high-speed wi-fi internet, and assorted puzzles, games & cards. There is a door from the living / dining area out onto the private deck.and a door out to the . There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a private ski locker by the front door.

Jay Peak offers some of the best skiing and riding New England has to offer with miles of gladed terrain, incredible natural snowfall and unmatched scenery. Jay is also perfect for families and for getting started, with a great ski school offering clinics for all disciplines and standards of skiing / riding and a new cross-country ski and snowshoe center.

The 2 brand new hotels at Jay provide several luxurious places to stop for anything from a quick bite or drink in the bar, to a luxury meal sourced from quality local produce.

Après ski - why not drop the kids off for a session in the new Ice Haus Arena which offers both figure skating and Stick & Puck sessions, while you enjoy a workout at the gym, or some relaxation time in the spa. Try keeping the family out of the Pump House - Jay's state of the art answer to a water park. Nowhere but Jay would create and design such a great spot for family and the kid in all of us alike!! Great for storm days and après ski alike - I can't get my kids out of there!!

Instructions were explained clearly and simply so they were super easy to follow. The unit (and the pots & pans, dishes) was very clean and the layout worked really well for us and our two adult children. Ski in/out was awesome even though the lift was available for only two of the three days. Having carpet on the floor was greatly appreciated and a huge plus - we left our shoes at the door and it made the unit much more comfortable. Would love to come back!

This property was so perfect!! Only thing that we would change is there was some issues with the water pressure and noises in the shower and the bathrooms were very small. My husband is over six feet and shower was very snug! Also could use an update on the kitchen pots and pans. Beds were great, house was immaculate, washing machine was brand new, plenty of dishes and linenes. Owner was so nice and very accessible. We did not ski because we were there for hockey tournament and it wasn't open yet, but PERFECT location if you are skiing. Definitely would stay again.

Our family of 6 (two adults, 4 kids) stayed here for the Fall weekend and were very comfortable! The condo is clean and well furnished, and there was plenty of space for all. 3 minute drive to Jay Peak amenities, kids (and adults!) absolutely loved the water park and gondola trip. Back deck was wonderful to relax on for morning coffee and an evening beverage. Will definitely recommend!

The property is just as pictured. Loved having the fireplace. Felt cozy - just like home. We were there for a hockey tournament, and the location was perfect. Despite the age gap (I’m 74) everyone enjoyed our visit. The kids skated and played in the water park with the baby and our expert skier was on challenging runs all day! Us grandparents enjoyed watching from the elevated bar area. Watching ski-in ski out raccoon run from the huge dining room windows was a delight!.

Susie is a great host. The home is awesome and is supplied with all you need to cook, clean, do laundry and have fun. We even got 3 days of beautiful snow while we were there. Accurate description, clean & easy check in check out. Microwave was broken which caused us to have to go out to eat that night (one of the advantages of the condo is that we can make meal there) . So we spent $$ we werent planning. She was responsive but it was a holiday weekdn so I understand why they couldnt get anyone there to fix it immediately. Would recommend and stay there again.
