    Inside, the open-concept layout connects the family room, dining area, and kitchen, perfect for entertaining or game night. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room. The main floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed, while the second floor offers a queen bedroom, a room with a full bed, and a loft space with a full-size sleeper sofa and its own TV, great for movie nights or extra guests.

Truro Labor Day Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in Truro. The house was exactly as described and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fenced-in yard for our dog and the bonus swimming pool. Overall, the home and our experience exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

Good sized living room bedroom and bath downstairs, fully equipped kitchen lots of space outdoors with a fenced in yard perfect for dogs and the pool was a great addition! Place was very clean and the information provided by the management was very clear timely, and useful.

It was the perfect fit for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) — spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The location couldn't have been better, with both bay and ocean beaches just minutes away. There was so much to explore locally that we rarely needed to venture far. The setting felt incredibly private and peaceful, and the pool quickly became the highlight for the kids. Everything about this stay was easy and enjoyable. We’re already hoping to come back again!

We stayed here for four nights at the end of August with our two kids. It's a cool house, but it wasn't super clean, and I thought it was overpriced given the condition of the house. Check in was easy and the RP team was helpful and responsive. We really loved the pool. It's definitely unique to find a home with a pool in the area, and for our kids it was nice to swim in the late afternoon after a day of hiking or the beach. This was the main selling point for us. The location is amazing. It's a very short drive or walk to a general store and small restaurant. It's quick and easy to get to beaches on both sides of the Cape as well as Wellfleet and P-Town. There is so much to do! Two drawbacks: -The property is very "lived in" and it was not super clean. Some of the bedding clearly hadn't been washed. There was dog waste in the backyard and dishes on the counter , and the house had a definite odor (the stairs and second floor are carpeted with a pretty old carpet). -It was felt really overpriced at a total of about 1k a night. We had to bring our own sheets and make the beds, and the list of "clean up" chores is really long. There wasn't any coffee, which is a small detail but something that I've found most rentals at this price point offer if they have a coffee maker. We've stayed in rentals that just let you walk out the door, we had to sweep, take out trash, empty the dishwasher, etc. At this price point I would expect for cleaning to be totally covered.
