"The shower head was broken and leaking during the entire stay. We tried to contact the host on the first night, but we only received a package with the new shower head, but no one came by to fix it. Expedia gave me the phone number to Vrbo customer service line, but it didn’t work. We finally found the host phone number from Vrbo website. We got the response from the host, but he/she didn’t actually help us. "

The home is backed by towering evergreens and offered the perfect balance between nature and convenience. The highlight for us was the peaceful deck overlooking the woods. Morning coffee out there with the birds chirping was a perfect start to a day. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. The living area had a calming vibe with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was kind and responsive, checking in via message to make sure we had everything we needed. Everything about this stay felt relaxed and easy. "
